Notely provides a digital educational platform offering notes, flashcards, quizzes, and analytics intended for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Digital Service Delivery

Notely is a digital-only service platform. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your purchased content and features. There is no physical shipping or delivery involved. Access is granted instantly through your account dashboard after payment verification.

4. Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are not available after the 14-day window or once a seasonal pass or lifetime plan has been substantially used. 5. Eligibility and Parent/Guardian Purchases

Notely is an educational study platform for students. You must be 18 or older to enter into a paid subscription, or a parent or guardian may purchase a subscription on behalf of a student. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purposes or in any way that might harm, disable, overburden, or impair the service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on Notely, including but not limited to text, graphics, data, and code are the property of Notely and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
